How Do I Report I Need Maintenance Assistance?

There are a few ways that you can contact Longford Management for maintenance assistance. The preferred method is that you place a work order through your resident portal, which is available 24/7 at You may also contact our main line phone menu at (202) 747-6555 Option 1.  Please note, any non-emergency call will be entered as a work order in the same system available to you from your portal.

Please be as clear as you can about what the issue is, where it is taking place, and what you have done to stop or fix it. If possible, we ask that you  upload pictures with your work order. The more information you give us, the better. Please refer to the Resident Responsibilities section of your lease and maintenance instructions to determine if your service request is a resident or owner responsibility.
