In summary, you will be asked to find replacement a roommate(s) who meet our screening requirements and execute a new lease. Longford can help you find a qualified replacement roommate for a standard leasing fee (usually 80% of one month’s rent). Please reference our related articles Exchange of Resident Guide and How to a End Lease Early, which provide some helpful guidance. Please note there is no fee to replace a roommate at the end of the lease term provided you sign a new lease with a one-year minimum.
